1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 1/2 teaspoon dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
1/4 cup fresh cream

Method
1. Heat the essential olive oil inside a broad non-stick pan, add some bayleaves and peppercorns and sauté on the medium flame for thirty seconds.
2. Add some onions and garlic clove and sauté on the medium flame for just two minutes.
3. Add some capsicum and sauté on the medium flame for an additional one to two minutes.
4. Add some tomato plants and salt, mix well and prepare on the medium flame for four to five minutes, while stirring from time to time.
5. Take away the bayleaves and discard them.
6. Add some tomato purée, tomato ketchup, oregano, chilli flakes and sugar, mix well and prepare on the medium flame for one minute.
7. Add some cream. mix well and prepare on the medium flame for an additional one to two minutes, while stirring continuously.
8. Add some fusilli, toss lightly and prepare on the medium flame for just two more minutes, while stirring continuously.
9. Serve immediately garnished with fresh cream and cheese .

1. At step five, you may also discard the peppercorns combined with the bayleaves.
