Basil butter sauce recipe for flank steak
  • 1 tablespoon dried tulsi
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 pounds flank steak, cut from the grain into 16 slices
Directions
  1. Inside a bowl, combine 3 tablespoons softened butter and a pair of tablespoons chopped fresh tulsi season with pepper and salt refrigerate. Preheat a grill to medium-high. Inside a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup brown sugar, two tablespoons each sweet smoked paprika, garlic clove powder and additional-virgin essential olive oil, 1 tablespoon each chili powder, dried tulsi and dried thyme and a pair of teaspoons dry mustard. Add 1 1/2 pounds flank steak, cut from the grain into 16 slices, and 16 cherry tomato plants season with pepper and salt and toss to coat. Thread 2 bits of steak, ribbon-style, and a pair of tomato plants onto all of eight 12-inch skewers. Cover and grill, turning once, before the steak is simply cooked through, about 7 minutes. Top using the tulsi butter.
