- 1 bag pea sprouts
- 5 garlic clove cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- pepper and salt to taste
- oil to cook
- sesame oil for drizzling (optional)
Directions
Prep: 5 min › Prepare: 10 min › Ready in: 15 min
- Rinse pea sprouts and drain.
- Heat just a little oil in wok. Saute the minced garlic clove and add some pea sprouts. Add some oyster sauce and stir-fry before the sprouts are slightly wilted.
- Season with pepper and salt. Drizzle just a little sesame oil in the finish before serving.
