Weight watchers simple start shrimp stir fry recipe

This can be a fabulous stir-fry shrimp recipe. It’s super easy to create and you have the majority of the ingredients inside your kitchen. It's sweet and spicy simultaneously, much like Chinese takeout!

Dieters Shrimp Stir-Fry recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon corn starch
two tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon grain wine vinegar
two tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Sambal Oelek chili paste with garlic clove
1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, peeled and minced
two tablespoons canola oil

1/3 cup eco-friendly onion, chopped
3 garlic clove cloves, minced


Preparation
1. Put the shrimp inside a medium bowl. Sprinkle with corn starch and toss well to coat. Put aside.
2. Combine the soy sauce, orange juice, honey, chile paste and vinegar, stirring having a whisk put aside.
3. Inside a large non-stick skillet, heat the canola oil over medium-high temperature.
4. Add some minced garlic clove and ginger root towards the pan and stir-fry until aromatic (for around just a few seconds).
5. Add some shrimp mixture and stir-fry for around 3 minutes.
6. Add some onions and juice mixture and prepare, stirring frequently, for around 2 minutes (or before the shrimp is completed and also the sauce thickens).
7. Serve immediately on the bed of grain (optional).
