I have chose to make this two times now, and felt it had been restaurant-quality both occasions! So scrumptious! Preparation is simple, too. The very first time, I managed to get as written, but tonight I sauteed fresh chopped green spinach and sliced baby bella mushrooms together inside a separate skillet, seasoned w/garlic clove, lemon pepper, and red pepper flakes, and added it towards the shrimp mixture in the finish, right before serving it over pasta. Yummy, yummy, yummy.

It was scrumptious, and incredibly simple to prepare! It required under 30min. as mentioned within the recipe. I bending the amounts for that sauce, but used the equivalent shrimp, b/c I offered it over cheese ravioli and needed more sauce. I did not change anything within the recipe, but did give a can of sliced mushrooms (fresh would've been better still, but all I'd was canned) after i sauted the garlic clove, and 1 teaspoon. all of Italian Seasoning and dried parsley after i added the cream. We're a household of three--including an 11 yr. old boy--and w/the ravioli, it was an entire meal, w/a bit leftover, even. If I'd had fresh eco-friendly beans or broccoli florets, I would've added them for color and diet. Certainly do this--it will be like Olive Garden in your home. )

Excellent but very wealthy. The next time I'll take Annabelle's suggestion of utilizing thickened free of fat half and half. It had been so filling. Could be good with salmon or scallops or crab too I believe.

I personally use free of fat half and half thickened with corn starch and serve the shrimp over wheat grains spaghetti noodles. Scrumptious!
