This can be a tasty shrimp salad with grain, peas, celery, mayonnaise, and seasonings. This can be a scrumptious shrimp salad, packed with flavor and hearty enough for any primary dish. Serve on the bed of romaine lettuce with sliced tomato plants quietly for any wonderful warm weather meal, or love this particular salad any season.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup cooked grain, cooled
  • 1/2 to at least one pound shrimp, peeled, cooked, deveined, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 3 eco-friendly onions, thinly sliced
  • two tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen eco-friendly peas, cooked until just tender
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/two to threeOr4 cup mayonnaise
  • two tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • lettuce leaves and tomato slices

Preparation

Combine shrimp, celery, onions, peas and red bell pepper. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and celery seed. Combine shrimp mixture with grain add mayonnaise and dill pickle juice and lightly mix. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve on lettuce leaves and tomato slices. Function as a lunch dish or side dish .
