Method

  1. Get all of your ingredients and equipment ready. Put 1 large and 1 smaller sized fry pan on the high temperature. Place the thin slicer disc attachment in to the mixer.
  2. Tip the chicken thighs in to the largest fry pan, skin side lower. Drizzle with essential olive oil, give a pinch of salt & pepper and then leave to prepare, turning every minute approximately for 18 to twenty minutes, or until cooked through. Wash both hands.
  3. Wash the radishes well. Peel and halve the red onion. Shred the radishes, red onion and Chinese cabbage within the mixer. Tip right into a serving bowl. Add some couple of coriander and also the chillies (stalks removed) towards the processor and whiz. Peel and crush within the ginger root, then tip in to the bowl.

  13. Taste and proper the seasoning with lime juice and soy sauce, prepare for an additional minute approximately if you prefer a thicker sauce then take right to the table.
  14. Divide the noodles between 4 bowls. Place the chicken on the platter and let everybody layer up noodles, chicken, beansprouts, kimchee slaw, and sauce. Finish having a pinch of toasted sesame seeds.
