Yummy, your shrimp looks good! How can you tell if this’s done? I’m a senior now but still love ocean food. I love my mother’s simple recipe and dip:
Boil shrimp having a small box of Pickling Spice inside a cheesecloth bag. When done, strain and take away bag, serve hot.
Dip: Just ketchup and a few Worcestershire to taste. I love it much better than any cocktail sauce also it’s the only method I ever eat ketchup! Reply

Hi Angela, The shrimp are carried out when they're pink. Make certain to not overcook them or they'll turn rubbery. I really like your concept of mixing ketchup and Worchestershire sauce. Thanks! Reply

Which means you prepare the shrimp within the water using the shells&....then you definitely drain the shrimp and plunge them in cold water to prevent the cooking. Would you just toss the shells away? I’m guessing they've flavor inside them that’s why they're make the boiling water however i can’t see that which you use them when you prepare the shrimp. Reply

I actually do toss the shells away. If you wish to prepare and obtain the shells on, that’s fine too. I made use of these within my shrimp and avocado salsa. It had been so so great. I think you'll get the opportunity to test it! natashaskitchen.com/2014/03/24/shrimp-avocado-salsa-recipe-giveaway/&nbsp Reply
