Acme oyster house oyster recipe
Ingredients:

2 doz. lg. fresh shucked oysters around the half covering
1 lb. unsalted butter
2 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 T. Lea & Perrins Worchestershire sauce
2 bunches eco-friendly onions, chopped
2 T. minced garlic clove
1 teaspoon. crushed red pepper
3 T. chopped thyme
3 T. chopped oregano
2 T. Creole seasoning
2 oz. white-colored wine
1 cup grated Mozzarella dairy product
1 loaf of French bread

Melt 1/2 the butter in sauce pan. Add fresh lemon juice, L&P, eco-friendly onions, herbs & seasoning. Prepare 2-3 min. and add wine. Stir frequently until onions wilt, remove from heat and let awesome 3-4 min. Add all butter & stir until melted. Heat grill to 350°. Place oysters on grill. Once the oyster liquor starts to bubble, add 1 T. of sauce on the top of every oyster. Top with Mozzarella dairy product & melt. When oysters start to brown on edges remove from grill. Top each oyster with a lot more sauce and serve immediately with French bread for sopping.
