1 large (or 2 small) zucchini reduce coins
1 large tomato, reduce large chunks
1 large (or 2 small) Idaho potato, peeled and reduce small cubes

Coat the foot of a sizable soup pot with nonstick cooking spray as well as heat on medium temperature. Add onion, garlic clove, ginger root, cilantro stems, tumeric and chicken.
