2 pinches nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper (kalimirch)

1. Combine the green spinach, mint leaves, coriander. spring onion vegetables and 4 glasses of water inside a deep non-stick pan, mix well and prepare on the medium flame for three or four minutes. Drain well.

3. Heat the butter inside a deep non-stick pan, add some plain flour and prepare on the slow flame for one minute, while stirring continuously.

Serve immediately garnished with fresh cream .
