Ingredients
  • 1 (4 pound/2 kilogram) the opportunity or organic chicken

  • 8 ounces (225 grams) grain noodles
  • Thai Fish Sauce*
  • Soy sauce
  • Drizzle essential olive oil
  • * Present in Asian markets
Directions

Put the chicken inside a large heavy-based saucepan. and add some tamarind, ginger root, chopped chiles, onion, lemongrass and garlic clove. Finely slice the coriander stalks and increase the pan, maintaining your leaves until later.

Cover with water to the peak and weight the chicken lower having a heavy lid or perhaps a smaller sized pan that matches within the cooking pan. Provide the boil and gradually simmer for one hour to at least one hour and half an hour. Once cooked, take away the chicken and accomplish the meat utilizing a fork.
