Chicken and rice soup cracker barrel recipe for stewed
  • 2 Cups cooked grain (al dente)
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Packet of Chicken Gravy (you should use the packet or even the jar)
  • 1.5 Pounds of Chicken reduce strips
  1. Preheat oven to 350 levels.
  2. Prepare grain- when grain is midway done toss in diced onion to complete cooking using the grain.
  3. Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray or gently coat with EVOO.
  4. Cover bottom of baking dish together with your grain.
  5. Place chop up chicken on the top of grain.
  6. Spread Cream of Chicken soup over chicken- don't dilute- spread it right out the can.
