Chicken soup recipe by laura vitale





Ingredients:
For that chicken:
1 6 lb Whole Chicken, washed and patted dry
2 Cloves of Garlic clove, finely minced
2 Tablespoons of of Fresh Rosemary oil, finely minced
3 Tablespoons of of Unsalted Butter at 70 degrees
Pepper and salt, to taste
1 Whole Mind of Garlic clove, decline in half
1 Lemon, halved
1 Large Yellow Onion, sliced Into thick slices

For that taters:
4 Large Taters, washed, dried and reduce large chunks
10 Cloves of Garlic clove, unpeeled
2 Tablespoons of of fresh rosemary oil stripped from the stem
Pepper and salt, to taste
A Couple Of Tablespoons of of Essential Olive Oil

1) Preheat the oven to 425 levels.

2) Drizzle some essential olive oil inside a large roasting dish and add some taters, whole garlic clove cloves, rosemary oil, pepper and salt and drizzle a little more essential olive oil, toss everything together and push this mix towards the sides from the pan departing a dent within the center for that chicken.

3) Arrange your onion slices in the centre opening from the roasting dish in a single layer and hang aside.

4) In a tiny bowl, mix together the butter, fresh chopped rosemary oil, garlic clove and pepper and salt. Place ° of the mixture underneath the skin from the chicken right between your breast and skin and massage it to smear under it as being evenly as you possibly can. Put the remaining mixture on the top from the chicken smearing it evenly too. 5) Put the chicken within the roasting dish on the top from the slices of onion, tuck the wings under and sprinkle some pepper and salt evenly outrageous.

6) Bake for around one hour and 40 minutes or before the internal temperature reaches 170 levels. Take it out of the oven and canopy it with a few aluminum foil for around fifteen minutes before carving.
