I really like this soup! One becoming detailed within the recipe above is sufficient to fill me up for any meal already. It's indeed an excellent on-the-run food that stays warm. I fry a strip of bacon then chop up and combine it with the soup, along with the discarded spring onion that's also chopped. I additionally usually combine the pesto of the recipe and also the mozzarella in the similar Slime Soup recipe, and replace area of the water with stock. Thanks, Nigella!
