Spinach soup recipe for baby

1/2 lb. dry lentils
1 large onion
4 cloves garlic clove
2 stalks celery
4 tablespoons of. essential olive oil
1/4 teaspoon. oregano
1 teaspoon. chopped fresh Italian parsley
pinch of sage (optional)
1/2 cup stewed or canned whole Italian tomato plants
8 oz. baby green spinach
1 carton (about 3 cups) low sodium beef broth (or water, when needed)
Pepper and salt, to taste

Wash and soak lentils in water to pay for for 25-half an hour.
