After every St. Patrick’s Day Nanny (my Irish grandmother) would take all of the leftover cabbage and taters and fry them in a large skillet with lots of butter. She known as this &"Bubble and Squeak&". I anticipated this side dish each year, much more so compared to corned beef dinner we’d possess the previous night!

I chose to make this almost just as written also it was wonderfully scrumptious! I am inclined to keep things have less salt and so i reduced the salt to two teaspoons also it was perfect. The very first bite of the soup was wonderful, buttery potatoey with higher vegetables. Thank for that recipe!

Simply make this soup also it was great. I add some corredt slat and puree 1 / 2 of the soup for any thick creamy soup without all of the cream.

Found your recipe through Pinterest yesterday, managed to get yesterday, and required it inside a thermos on the chilly-morning hike today. It had been perfect! Both toddler and mama approved. Many thanks!

I had been wishing to do this within the slow cooker, since i have’m juggling work and college. Have you got any suggestions? It'll need to prepare for around 7 hrs, so I believed of putting out of all veggies and departing the cream and kale before the finish.
