This wintry weather sure makes me want something warm to consume! Thankfully, I've the right healthy recipe to talk about that's hearty, flavorful, and simple to create. This sweet yet spicy Poultry Mole Soup is much more just like a stew and could be eaten alone or doctored track of crushed tortilla chips, cheese. and cilantro. It’s a terrific way to get much of your daily quantity of vegetables and protein, too.  This healthy recipe is definitely a success and makes lots of leftovers.  

  • 1 t oil
  • 1 1/4 pounds ground poultry
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped eco-friendly bell pepper
  • 2 T chili powder
  • 4 garlic clove cloves minced
  • 1/4 cup canned mole
  • 2 (14.5 oz) cans low sodium chicken broth, combine mole and chicken broth whisk together
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1 (19 oz) can black beans drained
  • 1 can diced tomato plants (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can (4 oz) chopped eco-friendly chilies 

Heat oil inside a nederlander oven over medium heat.  Add poultry, prepare a few minutes or until browned stirring to crumble.  Add onion, bell pepper, chili powder, and garlic clove.  Cook a few minutes stirring frequently. Combine the chicken broth and mole.  Add this broth and remainder of ingredients and produce to boil.  Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes.

Can serve with chopped cilantro, crushed tortilla chips an some shredded cheese.
