Tamagoyaki is Japanese folded omelet and it is popularly offered in the morning. Flavors of tamagoyaki vary, as well as other fillings could be added. Preparation

Beat eggs inside a bowl. Add dashi soup and sugar within the egg and blend well. Heat a tamagoyaki pan on medium heat. Oil the pan. Pour a scoop of egg mixture within the pan and spread within the surface. Prepare it until half done and roll the egg toward the underside side. Slowly move the folded egg to the peak side. Oil the empty area of the pan and pour another scoop of egg mixture within the space and underneath the folded egg. Prepare it until half done and roll the egg again so the omelet becomes thicker.

Prepare the omelet until done. If you work with a normal fry pan, shape tamagoyaki on bamboo pad. Cut tamagoyaki into 1-inch thick pieces.
