Sweet chilli chicken recipe with noodles

Ingredients

  • 575g Chicken White Meat
  • 225g Mange Tout - thin strips
  • 575g Sharwood's Egg Noodles
  • 50ml Sunflower Oil
  • 225g Red Onion
  • 50g Spring Onions - shredded
  • 225g Eco-friendly Peppers - sliced
  • 225g Red Peppers - sliced
  • 225g Carrots - sliced
  • 225g Bean sprouts
  • 600g Homepride Sweet Chilli Sauce

Method

  1. Prepare the Sharwood's Egg Noodles in lots of boiling salted water for 4 minutes, drain well.
  2. Stir-fry the chicken and onions for just two-3 minutes.
  3. Add some remaining vegetables and stir-fry together.
  4. Add some Sharwood's Egg Noodles and Homepride Sweet Chilli Sauce, heat through adding the bean sprouts.
  5. Turn onto a appropriate serving dish and sprinkle with shredded spring onions.
