Recipe for sweet and sour tofu stir-fry

Recipe for sweet and sour tofu stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 Tablespoons of of minced garlic clove
  • 1 Tablespoons of of minced ginger root
  • 1 tofu package: extra firm. Dice it into small cubes.
  • 1/2 cup of Blue Dragon Sweet and Sour Stir Fry sauce
  • 1 package of frozen vegetables. I opted for oriental style (a mixture of broccoli, carrots, celery, etc) You should use vegetables but only at that season, they're so costly. To provide you with a concept: 1 cauliflower costs almost $9. Frozen vegetables have almost exactly the same dietary values and they're handy (no chopping, prepping).
  • 2 eco-friendly onions chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan
  2. Add vegetable oil, ginger root and garlic clove. Allow them to prepare for just one minute until they soften. Make certain to stir regularly.
  3. Add Tofu, 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup of Blue Dragon Sauce
  4. Prepare couple of minutes and hang aside.
  5. Within the same pan, add vegetables and onions, the rest of the Blue Dragon Stir Fry sauce and prepare for couple of minutes or until vegetables soften.
  6. Add some tofu mixture. Prepare for one minute while mixing well.
  7. Transfer right into a nice dish and revel in. You are able to serve it together with your favorite noodles, grain or quinoa.
