  • 3 cups coarsely chopped Savoy, or eco-friendly cabbage

  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

Just like marketed! The soup only agreed to be as described having a flavor however a slight kick. I adopted another reviewers recommendations and added some taters. Also, i added a carrot (for color). The only real factor i observed was that because the savoy cabbage cooked (required more than anticipated), the apple disintegrated. I'd get this to again because it was simple and easy , i'd the majority of the ingredients within the kitchen already. Pros: Simple to make

Best Soup Ever! The right balance of sweet, savory and sour! I loved the apple and vinegar within the soup! We added taters and definitely recommend doing this.
