Ingredients for Sweet Grain Pulao Recipe

  • Basmati Grain - 200 gms.
  • Milk - 1/2 cup.
  • Sugar - 150 gms. (3/4 cup)
  • Ghee - 2-3 table spoon.
  • Kesar - 20-25 pieces.
  • Coconut - 2 table spoon (grated or work into small pieces)
  • Cashews - 12-14
  • Almonds - 8-10 (reduce small pieces)
  • Raisins - 1 table spoon.
  • Cardamom - 4-5 (peel and grind)

Method - How you can prepare Sweet Grain Pulao

Neat and wash the grain two times with water. Soak them for one hour.

Put kesar within the milk and it aside.

Remove the grain in the water and insert them in a microwave safe bowl. (You may make grain even just in the oven or any pan according to your choice and time you've in hands)

Pour 2 cup water in to the grain together with kesar milk, 1 table spoon ghee and sugar. Mix all of the ingredients well.

Put the bowl within the microwave and hang time for 12-14 minutes.

Meanwhile, have a small pan as well as heat 1 table spoon ghee in it. Fry the chopped cashews, almonds and coconut inside it.

Your grain are prepared. Mix all of the fried dry nuts in to the grain including cardamom and ghee and stir well with the aid of a ladle to ensure that all of the nuts mixes well using the grain.
