This dip is amazing with yams fries. My accessory for it had been 1 clove of minced garlic clove and elevated the cumin to at least one teaspoon. It's certainly a household favourite.
Scrumptious! I believe the actual star this is actually the spicy mayo dip. My dear jeeze, it's so tasty! I made use of Vegenaise (a vegan form of mayo..it's surprisingly good). I could not obtain the chipotle inside a adobo sauce but found a little can of chipotle in adobo salsa - and so i used 2 T. of this also it was fantastic. You don't need to slice a chipotle! The yams fries were very tasty using the spices, however i think I'll simply do them plain with essential olive oil and kosher salt the next time. I believe that will go perfectly using the dipping sauce. Incidentally, I finished up while using leftover dip like a salad dressing!
My loved ones had an OMG foodie moment. I adopted the recipe aside from adding just a little brown sugar when mixing using the oil. The complexness from the flavors. fennel, oregano, coriander, combined with chipotle mayo was phenomenal. Helped me wish I were born Mexican. Buena! Hijole. Don Quixote. as well.
