White-colored CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA NUT COOKIES
Subway Copycat Recipe

Makes about 4 Dozen

1 lb butter
1 2/3 cups brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
4 1/4 cups all-purpose white-colored flour
2 teaspoons sodium bicarbonate
1 teaspoon salt
1 (12 oz) bag white-colored choc chips
1 1/4 cups macadamia nuts, chopped

Make certain the oven keeps the best temperature. The cookies may require just a few minutes more or under mentioned. Preheat oven to 350 levels. Line baking sheets with parchment paper (you don't need to grease ). Measure flour, sodium bicarbonate and salt inside a large bowl and blend together. Put aside. Inside a large mixing bowl, preferably huge-duty mixer, and taking advantage of the paddle or beater attachment, beat butter until creamy.

Add brown sugar and beat again. Scrape lower the bowl and add some sugar. Beat until fluffy. Add eggs individually, beating after each addition. Add vanilla, beat and scrape again. On low speed, add flour mixture 2 cups at any given time, and blend well. Add white-colored chocolate and macadamia nuts. Mix only until blended. Utilizing a cookie scoop, place dough on prepared baking sheets, spacing evenly to match distributing.

Bake at 350 levels for 10-12 minutes or until gently browned. Don't over bake these cookies. They still bake for any couple of minutes once they are taken off the oven. Transfer to cooling racks. Store in airtight container or plastic bag to remain soft and moist.
