This recipe needs far more than five stars, because it made my potato hating 7 years old woof lower mashed potato with no word of protest or complaint.
The only real change I made wasn't to top using the breadcrumbs, when i used the mash to 'thatch' my cottage cake.
Smooth, creamy and oh so great. I possibly could consume a plate full by itself and become in paradise!!
