These vegetables seem scrumptious. The breadcrumbs add another layer of flavor and texture to roasted veggies.
Personally i think exactly the same way. i never thought to include the bread crumbs!
Aside from the odd occasion after i have chocolate for supper, I'm manic about heaps and loads of vegetables. Love the crunch in the bread crumbs and also the items of oozing cheese.
