Description:- For removing skin, put Koorka inside a sack or jute bag and beat it on the ground up until the skin peels off.Make use of a knife to remove the rest of the skin and reduce small pieces.
- Prepare it adding enough water salt,and turmeric powder.
- Heat oil inside a pan and add crushed small onion and Garlic clove,stir it till turns brown.
- Add crushed red chillies and curry leaves.Mix rid of it.
- Add cooked koorka and stir rid of it.
- Simmer for around a few minutes.
- Remove from fire and serve it.
