I baked my wings at 425F to have an hour (per the instructions around the Frank's In Demand bottle) but otherwise adopted the recipe exactly. These wings are wonderful! Spicy although not excessively hot, and with many different added flavor in the garlic clove and parmesan. For individuals who don't wish to suffer from all of the oil from deep frying, I recommend baking the wings. They are available out wonderfully crispy and therefore are every bit as good as fried. Just make certain you line your pan with nonstick foil or stir the wings around periodically, simply because they will stick constantly towards the pan if you do not.
