- two tablespoons essential olive oil
- two tablespoons roasted garlic clove (Here Is How To Roast Garlic clove )
- 1 cup finely chopped brown onion
- ½ cup finely chopped tulsi leaves
- 1-1/2 cups dry brown grain
- 3 cups vegetable or chicken stock
- ¾ teaspoon ocean salt
