Love the components but detest the interest to detail from the measures. I love my lasagna more moist than dry and so i used two cans (28-29 oz US) which puts me within the 1360 ml recommended sauce amount. Do it now.
My 2lb container of ricotta is 907 g appeared enough even though the recipe stated to set up 1 tub within an early step then 1/2 tub in another. Thats 1 and 1/2 tubs same with it 2 tubs of 750 g with 1 used, 1/2 of some other used and 1/2 tossed out?
