Coriander powder- 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder-1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder-3/4 teaspoon
Coriander leaves finely chopped -2 tablespoons of
Salt needed
Oil -1 tablespoons of for dough
Oil to make parathas

Wheat flour for dusting

Grate or finely chop onions, add salt and it aside for ten minutes. After ten minutes, the onions might have oozed out water. Squeeze out all of the water in the onions. Don't discard that water. We'll apply it making dough.


Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, coriander leaves towards the onions and blend well.
