Roasted Garlic clove Mashed Taters
3 large Russet taters, peeled and quartered
1 mind of garlic clove
two tablespoons unsalted butter
½ cup milk
1/4 cup buttermilk
two tablespoons essential olive oil
1 ½ teaspoons dried thyme
pepper and salt to taste

Preparation:
Peel the outer skin from the garlic clove departing garlic clove cloves whole. Put the garlic clove cloves inside a baking dish. Drizzle with oil ensuring to coat all of the garlic clove.
