My Dog's Peanut Butter, Blueberry, Carrot Birthday Cake
Happy 3rd Birthday to my Pom-Chi Momo. 3 years ago, he arrived to our way of life and introduced happiness I did not know exist. Momo leads us sunshine everyday, although sometimes he's an toy and often he's just a little demon.
Within the last 2 yrs, we bought him a cake from the dog boutique store. The cakes are difficult like a rock to help keep it shelf stable. Additionally, we did not understand what ingredients were within the cake. My sister and that i made the decision to create a cake this season. My pal Samantha provided me using the recipe who lately celebrated her dog's twelfth birthday.
Peanut Butter Carrot Cake
1 Cup wheat grains unbleached flour
1/4 Cup peanut butter
1/4 Cup vegetable oil
1 Cup shredded carrots
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 Cup honey
1 egg
Preheat oven to 350 degree
Sift the flour and sodium bicarbonate, add all of those other ingredients. Spray two 4 inch cake pan with oil and divide 1 / 2 of the batter into each pan.
Bake the wedding cake for 12-15 mins until toothpick arrives clean. Awesome the wedding cake on the cookie rack.
Blueberry Cream Cheese Frosting
1 Ripe Blueberry
6 ounces non-fat cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Mash the blueberry having a potato masher inside a bowl. In another bowl incorporate the vanilla using the cream cheese. Fold within the blueberry using the cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until available.
