Spinach balls recipe by sophie kalmar

Tasty. My children ate this with no complaints that is always an advantage! I made my very own bread crumbs using sourdough bread and elevated the frozen green spinach to twenty-eight oz and did not have issues with anything being too salty. They are easily portable they labored well within the kid's lunchboxes and did not last lengthy enough to freeze. A genuine keeper for all of us!

5 stars because my children loved them! What a terrific way to have that diet into them! Adopted the recipe as written aside from the garlic clove salt (used garlic clove powder rather) coupled with to make use of crushed saltines rather of bread crumbs. The only real complaint was which i ran from them! I am thinking these could be good with ranch dip!

they were great! just have to change i made ended up being to use stovetop stuffing rather from the seasoned breadcrumbs. these were a little tiresome to roll into balls, and so i refrigerated the mix until it firmed up a little after which folded up. i flash froze and put right into a large ziplock until i desired them, that was great since i could make sure they are well ahead of time. thank you for posting, can make again!
