I loved this recipe having a couple of alterations. I added an additional 8 oz marinara sauce and 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning for this. Also, 2 hrs prior to being done cooking I added 1/2 cup brown basmati grain. Excellent, and incredibly easy!!
