  • 2 cups Chickpea Flour (Besan)
  • A pinch of sodium bicarbonate
  • 3 eco-friendly chillies, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed powder
  • 1/2 cup cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower, florets
  • 1 small capsicum, sliced
  • 1 small carrot, peeled and chopped
