After I was both enticed and impatient to consume the normal konkani style mixed vegetable pickle, my mother developed the instant recipe. The final time I ate it she'd managed to get for me personally. Carrot: 1 vati (peeled and chopped)

Lemon: 1 vati (chopped)

Chilli powder: 3tsp

Mustard powder: 1 1/2tsp

Hing (asafoetida): 3/4tsp

1. Prepare the chopped lemon pieces with salt until it releases water. Next add around 1 glass water and allow it to boil. Keep aside to awesome.

2. Mix all of those other ingredients inside a bowl.

3. Once completely cooled, add some lemon mixture towards the vegetables. Check salt.

4. Store inside a glass bottle within the refrigerator. Remains for approximately 2 days.

Approximate preparation and cooking: twenty minutes.
