Vegetable curry recipe with coconut milk

Method

  1. Heat the oil inside a pan and fry the mustard seeds for two to three minutes or until linked with emotions . pop.
  2. Add some chillies, curry leaves, onions, coriander, cumin seeds, garam masala, turmeric, and chilli powder. Stir and prepare on the medium heat before the onion is soft. Stir within the chopped tomato plants.
  3. Incorperate your taters and aubergine towards the sauce. Pour within the coconut milk and prepare before the potato is soft and cooked through. Toss in the beans, peas and okra. Season and prepare for any couple of more minutes until tender, then serve with a few nice fluffy grain.
