SPRING ROLLS RECIPE DESCRIPTION:

Ingredients
Spring roll pastry 16 Medium
For That FILLING
Onion 1 Medium, sliced
Carrot 12 Cup (8 tbsp .), grated
Cabbage 12 Medium, shredded
Red bell pepper 1 Medium, chopped
Eco-friendly bell pepper 1 Medium, chopped
Spring onion 2 Medium, chopped
Essential olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Garlic clove 1 Teaspoon, minced
Ginger root 1 Teaspoon, minced
Chili sauce 12 Teaspoon
Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
Sesame seed oil 1 Teaspoon

Vinegar 12 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Corn starch 1 Teaspoon
For That PASTE
Flour 14 Cup (4 tbsp .)
Water 4 Tablespoon (Increase the water when needed)
FOR FRYING
Oil 1 Cup (16 tbsp .) (For deep frying)
Directions
MAKING
1. Have a pan as well as heat some oil and add minced ginger root and garlic clove. Stir for a few minutes. Adding the onion and saute.
2. Add some chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame seed oil and vinegar. Stir well.
3. Add all of the vegetables in to the pan and switch heat to high and stir for a few minutes only. Sprinkle salt to taste.
4. Give a teaspoon of corn starch and blend well. Switch off heat and permit the filling to awesome.
5. Have a bowl and make preparations the paste by mixing 1/4 cup of flour and water as needed. Include a tablespoon water at any given time and blend till a paste is created.
6. Separate the spring roll pastry sheets and begin with one sheet at any given time. Put the sheet on the moist kitchen towel (to avoid the pastry sheet from drying), and put a couple of tablespoons the prepared filling within the corners that is in your direction. Start moving that corner tightly from you closing all of the open edges and sealing it using the prepared flour paste.
7. Have a pan with oil and stop by lightly the prepared rolls and deep fry till golden brown colored. Drain inside a paper towel to get rid of the surplus oil.

SERVING
8. Serve having a dipping sauce of your liking.
