2 tablespoons of Chili Sauce
11/2 tablespoons of Corn Flour / Corn Starch
1 tablespoons of Soya Sauce
2 tablespoons of Vinegar
2 tablespoons of Capsicum Chopped
2 tablespoons of Spring Onions Chopped 2 tablespoons of Tomato Sauce
2 tablespoons of Carrots Chopped
1/4 cup Chopped Cabbage
1 teaspoon Pepper Powder
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
A pinch ajinomoto
Salt to taste
4 cups Water
Steps to make hot and sour soup:
- Mix 4 glasses of water, chili sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper powder and ajinomoto and produce to boil.
- Now add all of the chopped vegetables except paneer .
