1 Pizza Crust (homemade or commercially made)
Creamy Banh Mi Sauce
- ¼ cup veganaise
- 2 teaspoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
- 1 large carrot, reduce matchsticks
- 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
- ½ cup grain vinegar
- 1 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces extra firm tofu, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of grain vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of walnut syrup
- pinch of salt
- 1-2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger root
- Fresh cilantro
- Sriracha
- Jalapeo peppers (diced)
- Combine the components for that pickled vegetables, submerging the carrots and cucumbers completely. Cover and refrigerate not less than 2 hrs.
