  • 4 bits of garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon ginger root
  • 2 eco-friendly chillies
  • 1/2 cup turnip, reduce big chunks
  • 1/2 cup carrot, reduce big pieces
  • 1/2 cup capsicum, sliced
  • 1/2 cup radish / muli, reduce big pieces
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup onion, chopped (to make gravy)
  • 2 cups chopped tomato plants (to make gravy)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 cup thick curd
  • 1 teaspoon shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  1. Keep all of the veggies ready to make fried kofta and it is curry. Mix the chopped vegetables (except onion and tomato), ginger root, garlic clove and eco-friendly chillies inside a chopper. Chop them very finely. (much like we all do to make manchurian).
  2. Place the chopped vegetables inside a muslin cloth. Squeeze water from veggies around that you can do. Don't toss the water, but reserve it to make it’s gravy. Now mix besan, mashed taters, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and ground pepper in vegetables.
  3. Knead the prepared mixture together with your hands to make small balls. Make small round or oblong formed balls in the mixture. Much like proven in picture. Heat great deal of oil inside a fry pan and deep fry the kofta’s on the moderate flame, till they turn crispy and brown. Drain on oil absorbent serviette and aside.
  4. Now heat 2 tablespoons of of oil inside a non-stick pan, add whole garam masala. Saute for some time after which add chopped onion. Prepare up until the onion transparent. Awesome lower the onion mixture within the pan itself only for couple of minutes, to ensure that we are able to blend it. Now mix the onion with whole garam masala and chopped tomato plants right into a grinding jar. Grind until we obtain an even puree from it. You are able to sense the new aromatic of whole garam masala.
  5. Heat exactly the same pan and add prepared puree. Mix bit of salt and canopy the pan. Leave to prepare for just two minutes on the low flame, up until the puree becomes a nice red colorization and oil starts to separate. Now mix the curd and stir continue to obtain a good gravy or curry. Stir in fried vegetable kofta and blend reserved water. I don't want my curry too thin or watery, hence not adding extra water inside it. You can include more water, if you would like.
  6. Wait for good boil of the curry. Add shredded coconut and blend well. Prepare for an additional pair minute and garnish with handful coriander leaves

Add Koftas before serving and serve with roti (Indian bread).
