What's Egg Replacer Powder?

It's an egg substitute that is a mixture of potato and tapioca starch (no corn) and a few leavening agents. Yes it's vegan, gluten-free, dairy free, free from yeast, soy free, corn free, nut free. Using it?

Each brand includes instructions of their own. However in general you'll have to whisk 1.5 teaspoons from the powder with 2-3 tablespoons tepid to warm water, preferably for every egg to get replaced.
