- Emeril's Southwest Seasoning:
- two tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- two tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon red pepper cayenne
- 1 tablespoon garlic clove powder
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
Directions
