ok my update: designed for mothering sunday party yesterday.
as always for me personally (since i can't leave recipes alone basically think I'm able to enhance all of them with swap outs or additions) :
I subbed melted BUTTER for oil
coconut milk for water
being short 1 1/2T of cream cheese I composed for this with 1 1/2T creme fraiche.
**added 1/4c powdered sugar 1/2t vanilla to cream cheese/whipped topping mix because (in my experience) lackluster in flavor and needed a little more sweetness.
used 2 durable 10" foil disposable cake cans and so i might take 1 to birthday celebration (only 5 attending) and then leave 1 in your own home.
not a clue the way it was gonna taste nor did I understand exactly what the texture could be. these were happy to receive this for that 85 years old birthday boy and could not wait to consider it to next house where party had been held. still haven't heard their remarks but regardless of-whenever we got home I cut a little piece (a lot more like a huge bite) in my husband and that he stated "phenomenal".
I am not counseling anybody to really make it my may, get it done how you need to.
Appreciate discussing this recipe, please forgive in my rearranging&additions however this cake is going to be made many occasions later on!Inch
