- 3 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 1/2 cups tepid to warm water

Directions
Put flour, baking powder, and salt inside a large bowl. Mix well, add tepid to warm water and stir until dough starts to ball up. On the gently floured surface knead dough. Don't over-work the dough. We have spent dough. devote a bowl and refrigerate for 1/2 to at least one hour.
