I've had to obtain pretty creative with lunches in my boys since they've been home throughout the summer time. It's so simple to just send these to school without having to be worried about what we will eat for supper. And That I realize that all of us are extremely excited to return to Utah and return to school, buddies and family. I saw a concept for baked taquitos on pinterest and that i understood that my boys want them!
Affirmed! They gobbled these bad boys up. The cream cheese chicken was awesome within these and gave them amazing flavor. These were creamy and absolutely delish! I really like recipes that become an immediate favorite. I'll take baking over frying every day also it gave the outdoors a tasty crunch. We absolutely loved this stuff. They will be produced a great deal at our home making a perfect your meal!

Baked Cream Cheese Chicken Taquitos
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 4 oz cream cheese
- ⅓ cup salsa
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic clove powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon eco-friendly onion, finely chopped
- two tablespoons Cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 Cup Colby Jack Cheese
- 8-10 small flour tortillas
- Preheat oven to 425 and make preparations a baking sheet by lining it with foil and spraying it with cooking spray. Put aside.
- Soften the cream cheese within the microwave for around 15-20 seconds. Inside a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, salsa, cumin, chili powder, garlic clove powder, lime juice, and salt. Include the shredded chicken, colby jack cheese, eco-friendly onions, and cilantro. Stir until combined well.
- Add about 3 Tablespoons the chicken mixture about 1 " in the fringe of the flour tortilla. Roll up and put it seam side lower around the baking sheet. Repeat with every one and put about 1 " apart not touching one another on baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-twenty minutes or before the tortilla is gently browning round the edges. Serve with sour cream, ranch, or perhaps your favorite sauce!
