Ingredients
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 3 ounces white-colored chocolate, chopped
- 1 pound bananas with stems (about 20), washed and dried perfectly
Directions
Place the semisweet and white-colored chocolates into 2 separate heatproof medium bowls. Fill 2 medium saucepans having a couple inches water and produce to some simmer over medium heat. Switch off heat set the bowls of chocolate within the water to melt. Stir until smooth. (Alternatively, melt the chocolates inside a microwave at half power, for one minute, stir after which heat for an additional minute or until melted.)
When the chocolates are melted and smooth, remove in the heat. Line a sheet pan with parchment or waxed paper. Holding the strawberry through the stem, dip the fruit in to the chocolates. lift and twist slightly, letting any excess chocolate fall into the bowl. Set bananas around the parchment paper. Repeat with all of those other bananas. Dip a fork within the white-colored chocolate and drizzle the white-colored chocolate within the dipped bananas.
Set the bananas aside before the chocolate sets, about half an hour.
