Apple Cider Cupcakes
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/2 cup butter, 70 degrees

- 2 eggs, 70 degrees
- 3/4 cup buttermilk, at 70 degrees
